About us

Virtual Iberojet is a project created by aviation enthusiasts, for aviation enthusiasts, with the goal of offering the most realistic flight simulation experience possible. We operate as a virtual charter airline, providing our pilots access to a wide variety of unscheduled and customized routes.

Our pilots follow professional procedures, and we use tools like ACARS for flight tracking and management. It's important to note that speaking Spanish is mandatory, and we conduct a brief interview to join the airline as a pilot.

We promote continuous learning, respect for aviation standards, and a strong sense of camaraderie among our members. We also organize regular events and training sessions—including base training with our fleet—to help our pilots improve their skills.

To join us, visit our website where you'll find all the information.

What makes us special?

Our airline is highly professional. We offer all kinds of documentation for pilots, such as Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Operations Manuals.

We also provide the opportunity to conduct “free flights”—these are charter-style flights where the pilot can choose both the origin and the destination. In addition, we operate charter flights on behalf of other airlines like Iberia or Air Europa when they require extra fleet capacity.

We promote the AIRBUS philosophy and always use real aircraft types. Our crew website is packed with documentation and tools designed to support our pilots.

What truly makes us special is the diversity of flights you can enjoy: there's a place here for every type of virtual commercial aviation pilot!

This airline is specially designed for high standards of realism as far as the real a320/330/350 operation are concerned. There are helpful and friendly staff members always available who are always ready and desiring for sharing their knowledge with others. Due to the high-end documents uploaded (such as SOP's, Airbus Original departure and arrival briefing, numerous manuals allowing realistic operations in shared cockpit, specialized briefings for each airport the airline operates...) and, as already mentioned, the high knowledge instructors, this can be the perfect opportunity to lern how to fly one of the aircrafts that Iberojet operates (a320, a330 or a350) professionally and with enough confidence to do it in virtual flying networks such as IVAO or Vatsim. I highly recommend to try this one out, you won't reject it 😉. Daniel Reques, A320 Chief Instructors and Training First Officer on Virtual Iberojet.

Review Virtual Iberojet

Public Review Guidelines

We welcome honest and constructive feedback from pilots. To keep reviews useful and fair, please follow these rules:

  1. Base it on your own experience — You must be a current or former pilot of the Virtual Airline you are reviewing, and only write about what you have personally experienced.
  2. Keep it respectful — No offensive language, profanity, personal attacks, or discriminatory remarks. Criticism is fine, but focus on the airline or its operations, not individuals.
  3. Be specific enough to be meaningful — Helpful reviews include details such as routes, events, community, or support. One-line praise or criticism without explanation may be rejected.
  4. Avoid conflicts of interest — Don’t post if you’re part of a competing Virtual Airline and leaving negative feedback. Don’t review your own airline.
  5. No campaigns or manipulation — Don’t encourage others to post reviews in bulk, whether positive or negative.
How we moderate reviews
  • All reviews are checked by the MNA Team before publishing.
  • We operate on a trust basis — we assume your review is genuine unless there’s a reason to question it.
  • Reviews may be temporarily hidden if they need clarification or breach these rules.
  • If no update is provided when requested, the review may be permanently removed.
  • Initial publication does not guarantee a review will remain visible.
