Really friendly staff that are dedicated to improving the experience for the pilots. Whether you're after up-to-date current routes and aircraft, or options for a historical fleet, they've got you covered. Some of the staff are also managers for other impressive VAs, so I couldn't turn down the opportunity to enrol. Aircraft with a multitude of unique animals on the tail? Would be silly to miss out on that! The relaxed atmosphere means we're not pressured into filing a PIREP every month - life sometimes gets in the way, and this VA recognises that.
